Wanted to personally thank you for your help this morning. Being a first time home purchaser it was important to understand basically how the pipes, utillities, vents, HVAC, etc systems work. We appreciate your patience and your thorough evaluation/assesment of the level of severity the issues were to plan for or to fix immediatly. Very professional and would recommend him to any home owner or potential home owner.
