I provide detailed home inspection reports using state of the art software. The report is written during the inspection to ensure that all pertinent information is captured. When an issue is identified it will be noted as “Marginal”, (Item is not fully functional and requires repair or servicing), or “Defective”, (Item needs immediate repair or replacement. It is unable to perform its intended function). When appropriate, annotated pictures will be inserted in the report to further clarify issues. You will receive the report as a PDF file emailed the same day of the inspection. On site printing of the report can be accommodated on request.
